RESPONSIBILITIES
Is mainly responsible for managing relationships with assigned and prospective FMCG clients, developing insights, recommendations and proposals that help their clients’ succeed, achieving revenue targets and driving customer satisfaction.
Develop deep industry knowledge related to clients’ businesses, understanding strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by key market players.
Develop a high level of visibility with key client contacts ensuring regular updating of clients’ needs.
Present data analysis files to customers.
Coordinating and communicating with internal teams.
Take an active role in global internal projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree
Minimum 1 year of experience (Preferably in Market Research/ Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing)
FMCG sector experience/knowledge is an asset
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
Ability to deliver high-performing client servicing
Analytical mind coupled with interpersonal skills
Ability to bring added value in teamwork
Computer-literate
