Your tasks andresponsibilities:
You will accompany and monitor the processing of contracts forSiemens Healthineers in terms of billing, contract fulfillment, and invoicing. You will review newly concluded contracts for compliance withaccepted contract standards and enter them into the ERP system. You will ensure the alignment ofcontract billing statuses with the actual service delivery. You will monitor contract efficiency and fulfillment, createreports, and initiate actions in case of deviations. You will conduct and monitor thecontract related invoicing process. You will actively participate in projects within an internationalenvironment (e.g., Digital Transformation). You will plan existing asset base foreffective and timely usage within projects. You will lead the procurement ofinstruments from intercompany partners. You will manage rent and sales ofinstruments. Your qualifications andexperience:
You havesuccessfully completed a degree in Business Administration, or you have severalyears of experience in the commercial processing of customer contracts and havea strong understanding of processes and value flows. You arefamiliar with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16. You have a solid knowledge of contract law. Youdemonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork. You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of big data. Practical experience with SAP modules SD, CO, FI, and RAR isadvantageous. FluentEnglish language skills, with the ability to present effectively, are requireddue to collaboration in international projects. Good in Excel and other MS office programs.
