ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Turkey Corporate Finance Team.
The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively support the delivery of Statutory & Management Reporting (actual financials) information and drive operational improvements. This information will include Half Year, Fast Close and Year financial reporting. Operational improvements will include identifying key areas for efficiencies delivery in BAU results in a coordinated manner. This role’s day-to-day focus is on working with the market to deliver robust and agile financial forecasting, reporting, and meaningful analysis, often for senior Finance collaborators and key business meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Driving a robust forecasting process, including being able to dynamically remodel scenarios as assumptions change. Thisinvolves engagement with partners across a number of functions, locations, and time zones. Supporting monthly planning (SOP) exercises including adhoc tasks as assigned by Finance Director. Ensure that month-end close activities, statutory and management financial reporting including actual financials are performed on time and in compliance to SOX. Support in external and internal audit engagement and engagement with other internal & external stakeholders. Developing and build tools and assisting in automating processes, utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions and maintaining complete and accurate Task Level Descriptions (TLDs) and ensure any documentation is complying to SOx. Review and validation of financial & management data handoff to highlight data integrity issues. Support in operating internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting. This includes ensuring compliance to relevantSOX control requirements in the Planning and Reporting environment. Investigating and responding to ad-hoc queries relating to financial performance, across Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Involved in cashflow forecasting, BATCASH Reporting and hedging exercise. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
At least 4 years of finance/accounting experience in global FMCG industry or Big 4 Audit company Possess high potential, strong technical and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP etc) Good command of English in verbal and written communication and possess effective communication skills, mentor/leadership skills and extremely dedicated. An ability to work with all levels within the organization & experience in managing senior stakeholders. Capable of analyzing financial impact and providing insights to business strategies also understanding of strategy and financial management processes. Able to demonstrate the need for, and ensure implementation of, appropriate systems and controls. Able to drive projects and process improvements and handle a remote customer base model Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision. Minimum Bachelors degree in Business & Economics & Accounting & Finance. Professional accountancy qualification . CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA will be an added advantage. BENEFICIAL
