Responsibilities Lead brands’ digital marketing stragety : Leverage «data driven marketing» & Personalization@Scale via advanced T&L agenda accelerating 1P data activation & cDNA Co-Lead TR PepsiCo’s inhouse creative agency, (PepCS ): Responsible for A&M budget, productivity of PepCS. Ensure sustainable and BIC creative excellence delivery of PepCS to brand teams. TR PepsiCo’s Digital Asset Management and Governance: Manage digital channels, act as “process owner” for PepsiCo’s corporate and all brands’ social media accounts, websites. Key contact for local and regional functions, IT, audit, legal, corporate. TR PepsiCo’s Digital Marketing: Co-lead long term development of digitalization agenda and lead deployment of this agenda at brands’ digital activity calendar, campaigns. TR Digital Capability Building : Develop & execute capability building plan for TR BU (immersions, digests, events, trainings etc.) TR Digital Creative Excellence & Digital Agency Ecosystem: Enhance digital creative excellence via digital agency ecosystem & lead in house agencies. ( & & Sharpcake). Leading CreativeX platform. Europe- Digital marketing capability initiatives: Identify, Turkey specific inputs, requirements to Europe Digital Sector team for any Europe level digital marketing capability initiatives. Lead Turkey’s representation for platform, technology, supplier pitches. social listening pitch, website agency pitch. Europe- Digital Marketing innovation, acceleration initiatives: Key contact for sector performance marketing and mar-tech teams. Lead for TR roll- out of platforms, technologies. Design, execute the roll-out and track of usage. Champion to train and support brand teams, agencies. Europe - PepsiCo inhouse agency network : Co-lead Turkey’s representation for PepCS within the Inhouse agency ecosystem of Europe. UK and Russia are the two other markets with their own inhouse agency. Consult, inform, collaborate with these countries to create a common “ inhouse agency” WOW, servicing. Qualifications Digital marketing expertise: Strong experience at digital marketing, over all key verticals; digital media planning &buying, influencer marketing, performance marketing, digital analytics, app marketing. Continuous learning attitude: Digital marketing is continuously evolving to match-up with this dynamism, eagerness to continuously learn, implement to business and also sharing the knowledge with colleagues is crucial. Digital content: Strong experience in digital media and corresponding digital content production. Consumer insights : Deep understanding of “consumer”, ability to create and target scalable opportunity segments at digital, with their key interceptions, digital touchpoints and ad, content formats. Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and everchanging environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute. Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude: Keen interest in brand engagement platforms, digital business models and new technology advances
