We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Yarimca, Türkiye . In this role, you will supervise and provide efficient and economical maintenance and repair service for cranes and related equipment as well as you will support the smooth functioning of port operations. This role includes 50% hands-on and 50% office activities.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure that all repair and maintenance activities are executed at the highest level of efficiency and quality, at the most optimum cost. Supervise and assist QC & RTG Technicians in carrying out maintenance repairs, fault finding and monitoring of crane equipment for smooth functioning of port operations. Prepare daily duty schedule of QC & RTG Technicians for maintenance requirements. Provide maintenance and repair service to cranes, mechanical plant and associated equipment in an efficient timely and cost-effective manner. Ensure maximum operational availability of cranes by diagnosing and specifying repair methods. Submit routine inspection and monitoring reports for management review and decision making. Supervise updating of information for input into the CMMS System in an accurate manner. Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment thereby creating a safe and healthy work environment. Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or professional training would be an advantage. Minimum 5 years of related field experience in electrical maintenance and crane equipment. Profound experience with configurable switches, basic network topologies, industrial PC’s, and schematic revision. Knowledge on lean methodologies, 5S, kaizen, Kanban and experience with ERP usage. Good experience with ABB ACS880 or ACS800 and STS & RTG Cranes maintenance background. Familiar with machinery directive 2006/42/EC and knowledge of profinet, profibus, ethernet/ip and other industrial communication protocols. Fluent English and Turkish language skills. Able to swim and does not have any fear of the sea & B type driver’s license holder. Compensation
