What Youll Be Doing?
Business partnering to the management and all stakeholders by actively managing the financial risk and opportunities together with formulating recommendations to influence decision making,
Preparing consolidated financial statements for the management reporting purposes
Consolidate group countries performance regularly and conduct benchmark analysis
Act as a bridge between respective business unit and finance teams to contribute to planning activities for assigned areas of the P&L, providing accurate reporting, analysis, and forecasts.
Evaluate product/project profitability and support the development of strategic and tactical action plans
Analyze financial performance of franchise operations on monthly basis, develop measurement tools, support counterparts to manage P&L
Work with country finance teams closely on all matters of financial analysis.
Participate in the preparation of analyses/reports regarding strategy and strategic projects.
Be a team player in projects, provide financial support to Business Units,
Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required
What Youll Bring?
Bachelors degree (preferably in Economics, Management) / MBA is a plus,
3-5 years of experience in financial consolidation at an Independent Audit Company and/or FMCG companies. Audit background will be an asset.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data to create actionable strategies,
Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels, Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent command of MS Office programs,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
