Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above, other academic qualifications combined with business experience and skills comprehensive assessment.
- 3+ years of experience for one of these areas: sales, marketing, service or R&D in ICT products and 6+ years of total working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with strong grasp of English and Turkish for customer communication is a must.
- IT, Cloud computing, AI, Internet and software knowledges, Knowledge related to pre-sales, Sales management, B2B business operation, and marketing experience is preferred. Pre-sales and operation experience related to small and medium-sized enterprise customer group is preferred.
- Funnel management: master basic funnel management skills, and efficiently drive leads identification and distribution.
- Data analysis: Master certain data analysis skills and continuously optimize operation actions based on data insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads development: be responsible for the number of marketing qualified leads, be in touch with potential opportunities via various information sources, such as registered users, contact sheets, enterprise databases, and premium Ads, identify useful and quality leads, and then distribute them to the sales team.
- Sales Development: communicate with potential customers from time to time and convince them to attend a technical meeting, start a POC, or purchase some product directly. Be responsible for the number of valid leads and the number of users.
- Presale Technical Support: understand Huawei Cloud products and provide solution support based on customer needs and scenarios. Know how to analyze customers' existing systems, draw network charts, create quotations and offerings, etc.
- Create and analyze the data of leads development, offer suggestions to product, user growth, user operation, marketing team.
