Temel Sorumluluklar:

Fabrika genelindeki makine ve ekipmanların her yıl başında veya önceki yıl sonunda hazırlanan plan dahilinde 3 ay, 6 ay ve 12 aylık periyotlarla koruyucu bakımları yapılır.

Makineler için uygulanan önleyici bakım çalışmalarıyla, muhtemel arızaların önüne geçilir.

Makinelerin çalışması esnasında üzerinden alınan ölçüm değerlerinin analiz edilerek, önceden önlem alınmasıyla muhtemel arızaların önüne geçilmesi için kestirimci bakım çalışması yapılır.

Yedek parça gereksinimlerinin tedarik edilmesi sırasında Depo ve Satın Alma birimi ile irtibatta bulunmak.

Yapılan bakım işlerini takip etmek; içeriği zenginleştirecek çalışmalar yapmak/yaptırmak

Ekipte çalışanların iş sağlığı mevzuatlarına uygun ekipmanların kullanımını sağlamak.

Bakım çalışmalarındaki emniyet kurallarını bilmek, uygulamak ve uygulatmak.

Sorumluluğu altındaki iç ve dış ekiplere güvenlik kurallarını uygulatmak.

Arıza kök nedenlerini araştırır önleyici tedbirler alır.

Bölüm içerisindeki tüm faaliyetlerin sorunsuz bir şekilde gerçekleşmesini sağlamak için proaktif yaklaşım göstererek oluşabilecek hata ve sorunlara karşı önceden gerekli tedbiri alır.

Bölümünde ilgili makinaların, malzemelerin ve/veya çalışma ortamının düzen, temizlik ve bakım vb. Faaliyetlerinin etkinliğini sağlar.

Makinelerde gerçekleştirilen bakım çalışmalarına rağmen, oluşan mekanik arızalara müdahale edilir.

Planlı ve plansız bakım çalışmalarının dışında kalan sürelerde rutin olarak saha kontrolleri yapılır.

Yardımcı tesis ve fabrikanın güvenliğiyle ilgili tüm alanlar günlük olarak kontrol edilir.

Fabrikadaki vinçler, kaldırma ekipmanları, asansör, basınçlı kap vb. ekipmanlar yönetmeliklerde belirtilen periyot ve sorumlu kuruluşlar tarafından kontrol edilmesi sağlanır.

İşletme ve idari binada yer alan tüm yangın söndürme sistemlerinin basınç ve genel kontrollerinin yapılması sağlanır.

Bakım onarım çalışma alanındaki yer alan ve ERP sistemi üzerinde tanımlı olan deponun yönetimi yapılır.

İşletme ve idari binada yer alan ısıtma sistemlerinin yönetim ve kontrolü yapılır.

Fabrikadaki tüm mekanik tesisatların takibi yapılır.

Fabrika alt ve üst yapılarının takibi yapılır.

İdari bina alt yapısının takibi yapılır.

Proses, test, kalite ve kontrol süreçleriyle ilgili makine ve ekipman geliştirilir.

Sorumluluğundaki görevleri yerine getirirken kullandığı dokümanların; yasal mevzuata, şirketin misyon, vizyon politika, prosedür ve talimatlarına vb. uygunluğundan emin olur. Tutum ve davranışlarında şirket menfaatini gözeterek hareket eder.

İş sağlığı güvenliği ve Çevre yönetimi ile ilgili yasa ve şirket prosedürlerine uygun hareket eder.
