Why is this role really critical to us?
This role requires increasing sales by considering the balance of risk and return, determining the sales potential and increasing customer loyalty. These are the most important issues of the sustainable growth of the company.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
• To coordinate with Vodafone Sales companies in order to determine the sales transactions and customers to be grant credit by the company.
• To gather the loan information such as loan amount, maturity, and collateral to be from Vodafone Sales companies, and to support Vodafone Sales companies to create loan applications through the system.
• To inform customers about loan documentation requirements and ongoing loan processes.
• To provide customer relationship management with customers to be credited.
• Receiving customer requests (allocation of loan, extension, collateral disposal, opening an account etc.) and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
• To evaluate customer complaints, forward them to the relevant departments and ensure that actions are taken to resolve complaints.
• To regularly report the customer complaints and actions taken regarding the complaints to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
• To manage the corporate image of Vodafone Finco.
• To carry out the advertisement, promotion and public relations activities of Vodafone Finco.
• To ensure that the information and documents requested by the auditors and controllers during the audits the audit firms or BRSA conduct in certain periods, are presented fully, in time and accurately.
• To ensure that the policy and procedures within the responsibility of the unit are updated by following the changes in areas such as banking strategies, economy and market developments, legislation, etc.
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
• Having at least 7 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the field of Business Administration or Finance.
• Having at least 3 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing functions in the field of Banking/Consumer Financing
