We are looking for a Supply Chain Systems Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Istanbul. Through this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective utilization, optimization, continuous improvement, and excellence of our Global Supply Chain Systems, including ERP, PowerApps, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). You will be responsible for enhancing data accuracy, identifying inefficiencies, and actively participating in the development and version upgrades of our systems. Moreover, you will provide dedicated support to users, ensuring seamless operations across the organization's supply chain processes.
What you will focus on:
System Utilization and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of Supply Chain Systems (ERP/PowerApps/WMS) by end-users.Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Develop and implement strategies to maximize system functionality and user experience. Data Accuracy and Efficiency: Conduct regular audits of data inputs and outputs to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity within the systems.Proactively identify and address inefficiencies in processes and workflows, recommending and implementing solutions to optimize system performance. System Development and Version Upgrades: Play a key role in developing and version upgrades (including migrations).Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and ensure smooth implementation of system enhancements and upgrades. User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving system-related issues and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3-4 years) working with Supply Chain Systems, including ERP, PowerApps, and WMS, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and TurkishStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.Experience with Navision would be an advantageProficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Project management skills and experience Recruitment Dialogues*:
