Job Description:
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for Field Service Supervisor to our business partner, which is a global player in water technology solutions industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop weekly and monthly plans for execution.
• Monitor technicians' health and safety documents, organizing necessary training sessions.
• Generate reports for health and safety tracking purposes.
• Supervise annual leave, approvals, and additional shifts in alignment with company objectives.
• Compile warranty reports from workshop and field activities, collaborating with the H&S department.
• Oversee equipment and tool lists for the execution team.
• Initiate purchase requests on Sales Force (PR) when required.
• Track KPIs with the workshop foreman and compile monthly reports.
• Coordinate with global entities to schedule technical training sessions.
• Manage and synchronize stock inventory across sales and purchasing departments.
• Deliver monthly reports during Town Hall meetings.
• Prepare technical reports encompassing repairs, warranties, and related aspects.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical departments.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in managing teams.
• Experienced in KPI Management / Executional Efficiency
• Proficiency in reporting and presentation abilities.
• Capable of effectively negotiating with both internal and external clients.
